My experience with "The Stereoshop" has been a very positive one. I love the wide range of selections but even better is the friendliness and knowledgeability of the salesmen. There was a willingness on their part to spend the time w/me until we got it just right as far as my own preferences. What was even more amazing was I had shopped around first before ending up there and their prices were better, and if they weren't, they were willing to compete by matching the lower price! By the way for those who don't realize, they also offer "Service" should you need it. Give me the personal touch anyday that they have to offer over the "other" choices out there. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Ridiculously high prices and know it all personel. The teenagers at Best Buy were more helpful then the Stereoshop crew.
Pros: Nice clean store

The people that work there are a joy to encounter. They were very helpful and made recommendations on piecing together an awesome home theater system. Very knowledgeable sales people.
Pros: Very Nice sales people.
Cons: Variety isn't as diversified.

I will never go back to this place they stink since I can not use any stronger words on here.. The owner there is so rude , you know I relize it is Christmas and everything but give me a fing break. You do not have to be rude. Never ever will I go into your shop or send anyone there again you big mouth. rude rude rude. You do not have to treat people the way you do. good luck if you treat everyone like you treated me yesterday your crappy businnes will never last!
Pros: Manager very un freindly
Cons: Manager does not have a great business attutude
