Great customer service, no problems or waiting to talk to the attorneys or staff

Great service very helpful and caring people. I was having a bad day and called my paralegal there not understanding what they were doing for me, less than 5 minutes after hanging up, Cynthia called me back and reassured me and explained to me in layman's terms what was going on with my case. I was very surprised when Cynthia called me, thanks for going the extra mile and making me feel very important.
