Great In Person - HORRIBLE telephone service.

I had a great experience each time I went into the office. Everytime I telephoned I had the worst service. They are rushing you off the phone and will not answer any questions. I have been in there and it is not soo.... busy that they do not have the time to be curtious and listen for a minute. They really should reevaluate who they allow to answer the telephone.
Pros: Extremely helpful in person.
Cons: Rude over the telephone.
