I went to brunch at truffles and flourishes and i found that the food was either undercooked, or under seasoned, the prices were out ragious, and the servers were very unprofessional. Also the chefs were dressed very unprofessional. I would rather go to a sports bar and eat fried food then go back to a very unprofessional so called "fine dining" restaurant called Truffles and Florishes. I would never refer anybody to have a catering event hosted by them, nor eat there. If you want great food at great prices, and an amazing atmosphere, i recommend Palat'e.

I would just like to highly recommend this company for its amazing food both on and off site. Chef Chris Burchell and G.M. Arlette P. are the most considerate people around. For any events that are need to be catered... definatley contact this company, you'll find better hospitality and even better food. Gabriel Caruthers

As far as the catering service, I found Tony at Truffles and Fluorishes unprofessional at times and somewhat difficult to work with. The appetizers are good for the most part, but some of the main dishes are terrible. They are expensive in comparison to others and the food isn't as good

The Mozart Room, ran by the catering company Truffles and Flourishes is an absolutely fabulous experience. The ambience of the room is extremely romantic and high class. The food created is a culinary delight. I would return to the mozart room in a heart beat.
Pros: Good wine list, Great service, outstanding food
