Horrible Experience

Took my sister who was in from Texas. She wanted to experience the Strip. The Strip was fine; De Luca's was not. The line wait was about 20 mintues and I don't know why. ALL THE FOOD was in a puddle of grease.

I was sick the rest of the day. The staff make you feel like a number. STAY AWAY

NEVER EAT HERE

Went to the strip to shop with our two young children this weekend. Heard all the hype about De Luca's. IT'S FALSE. STAY AWAY. The staff is terrible. Rude, unorganized and used inappropriate language when yelling at other waitresses and cooks. We LEFT. WON'T EVER GO BACK AGAIN.

The place is DIRTY

The coffee cup was splattered before they filled it. Service was TERRIBLE. Steeler Sunday and the experience ruined my morning. Food was just ok. Don't waste your money

BAD EXPERIENCE

THE WAIT STAFF IS AWFUL. THEY WERE YELLING AT GRILL COOKS AND CUSTOMERS. GRILL COOKS ARE SLOPPY AND THE FOOD IS SERVED THAT SAME WAY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Best Food in the Strip

ALWAYS have breakfast at DeLuca's when in Strip (every week). Stopped for lunch too - same good experience. FOOD IS EXCELLENT. Laidback atmosphere - I like it - CA native. Staff knows how to service customers.

FOOD IS OVER THE TOP

MUST EXPERIENCE. Right in the heart of the Strip. Food is plentiful and delicious. Breakfast is superior. Lunch is very good too. Service is friendly, and customer focused. Atmosphere is all Pittsburgh. Highly recommended.

BEST FOOD IN TOWN

I ALWAYS ENJOY THE FOOD THERE ALL THE TIME. EVERY TIME WE GO THERE WE A NEVER DISAPPOINTED. THE SERVICES IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD. THEY ALWAYS TAKE GOOD CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS. I WAS SICK WHEN I GOT THERE AND THE WAITRESS THAT I HAD (KIM) AN (ROB) WAS THERE THEY BOTH WERE A BIG HELP. I THANK THEM FOR THAT. THE OWNER IS FUN. HE IS ALWAYS MAKING DIFFERENT SOUND AND NOISES. Great Lunch

Made just as requested. Steak was tender and grilled to perfection. HIGHLY recommended for LUNCH and for BREAKFAST.

Bad Food, Worse Service

I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for an enjoyable dining experience. I have read several reviews disparaging the service of Deluca's, and today I witnessed it firsthand. We waited for thirty minutes for a horrible experience. The waitress argued with me after bringing out food that I did not order and was reluctant to take it off the bill thereafter. The food is not worth the hassle. I recommend the Dorstop in Dormont for better food and nicer people.

Great food and atmosphere

Want to enjoy the Strip and all the atomosphere. Have breakfast at De Luca's. It is Pittsburgh. Food was awesome. Place was packed for good reason. Service was all over the place. I mean most all waiters and waitress stopped and asked if I needed anything throughout my breakfast; not just the waitress really assigned to my table. The menu is wide. The pancakes are to die for. Have to try it if you are in the Strip any day of the week. You won't be dissapointed
