very quick service on my plasma tv called one thursday, ordered part fixed on a monday called the following day to make sure that the tv is working would recommend to anyone

Simon was wonderful, fixed my Samsung bigscreen HDTV ,explain all operation in "our" language so we can use it again.

All Brand Electronics is a decrepit shack across from the Giant Eagle north of Homestead. I brought my Panasonic receiver there for repair in December or 2007. I decided to take a hint from the review below and put a sticker with my name, address, and phone number on the receiver so the repair shop wouldn't have any excuse for losing it. Dropping it off for repair went smoothly enough. I am told to expect a call in a few days. The next morning one of the service technicians has left a message on my answering machine about the receiver. "What the problem is it?" He wants to know. When I call back, the person I'm speaking to is annoyed because he thinks I'm calling to find out if they've repaired the receiver I dropped off just yesterday. I eventually get him to understand that one of the service technicians wanted me to call the shop and he says not to worry about it and reassures me that they'll call in a few days. A month goes by and the shop hasn't called. I decide to call the shop. I ask if the receiver has been repaired yet and the person I'm speaking to puts the phone down for a moment to check with his colleagues. He picks the phone up again. "It's fixed!" he says cheerfully. I go to All Brand the next day to pick up the receiver. The guy working that day is apparently not qualified to return electronics to their owners and doesn't know where my receiver is. "Call first next time," he tells me. I call first the next day and drive to the shop again. After hunting through piles of electronic equipment and digging the remote out of the back room, I get my receiver back. I hook it up when I get home and am almost surprised to find that they actually fixed it.

I have a Samsung tv. I had this crazy Russian guy who I could not understand come to my home. He was rude and unprofessional. This was at the beginning of October. Today is 12/17/07 and I have yet to have my tv repaired. The guy took my tv in October. I have called daily to find out when I can get my tv back. They now do not answer my calls. When I do get a hold of someone there, they hang up on me. I have filed 2 complaints with Samsung, but have yet to get my plasma tv back. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! I am out thousands of dollars and an filing a suit against the con artist company. Give me back my tv!

Beware. First, he "lost" my phone number. Then, he made up a story about Panasonic not paying for the service. Then, he "lost" my equipment. Wouldn't return calls. Avoid!

Rude owner. Fraud service. Remove my Sony TV module saying Sony will not give replacement new module unless he gives defective. Then called me saying new module NOT available with Sony and defective can be repaired. Smelling fishy, I talked to Sony support found he was lying. This man and company is fraud. They cannot speak English. Please be aware. Owner is very very rude and is daylight con man.

They fixed my TV fast, were very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly reccomended to anyone, especially with a hi def TV.

I saw my 12-year-old Hitachi 46" set going bad during an evening of viewing. I called All Brand Electronics the next morning - they picket the set up within one hour, repaired it perfectly and returned it the same afternoon. I though that the repair price was fair for the excellent service. They also thru in a new remote control to replace the old broken one at no charge. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.
