Got a piercing here. Staffers rude and unhelpful. I thought maybe they were having an off day. So, returned a second time to buy more jewelry- staff still rude and unhelpful. Plus, lousy selection of jewelry, anyway. Won't return.
Pros: got what I paid for

I have never been more comfortable getting pierced, tim and geno are WONDERFUL. They are very thorough with the steps and cleaning and explaining everything so you understand fully. they give you tips on how to handle the pain of the actual piercing and how to treat it afterwards. these guys are the absolute BEST! :)
Pros: very comfortable environment and the employees are all friendly and funny.
Cons: parking is kinda frustrating in the southside or in oakland.

Highly knowledgable and skilled staff with many years of experience, immaculate studio with friendly and comforting atmosphere, only the highest quality jewelry is offered. I never go anywhere but Hot Rod for my piercings now and I never regret it.

wonderfully sweet, talented, knowledgeable piercers and staff.. good prices, nice jewelry selection [although their oakland shop is bigger and often has more jewelry].. open fairly late [9pm most nights].. definitely the best piercing company in the pittsburgh area, don't go anywhere else..
Pros: high quality work, great prices, wonderful people
