Poor. I called them for a cab at 9:30 they didn't even call till 11. The lady answered and said a half hour. Way to screw my birthday.
Great Customer Service: PRICELESS. I scheduled for my pick up the night before for 5:45 AM the next morning. The driver called at 5:15AM the next morning to confirm pick up and was at my house just on time. My house is a little confusing to get to, so he used his cell phone to verify where the house was and got to the house in plenty of time to take my boyfriend to the airport for his flight. We had a bad experience with another cab service and were afraid to use one again. After this experience, I would definitely recommend Checker Cab due to their friendliness, promptness and professionalism!!…
