the most delicious homemade entrees and prime rib and lobster for the money. our party was most pleased. great service and treated wonderfully. did not have to wait for our orders and all was reasonably priced.
Pros: inexpensive, prompt service, very pretty place

Evening started by waitress asking my adolescent daughter with a knee injury to take her leg down from an empty chair at our table because it would make the owner mad. Bought 5 dinners - one of my kids ordered a special of the day. Food was average to poor. Tried to use entertainment coupon - but was told we couldn't use it because we had ordered a special, despite the fact that we had ordered 4 regular dinners. What's up with that??? Parties of more than 4 are billed a 15% gratuity automatically, despite the fact that the service is lousy.
Pros: Not crowded
Cons: Poor service, Weird policies

Best Prime Rib Anywhere! Excellent Italian Hoagy! Soups are Great! Nice new atmosphere. Good American selection leaning Italian. Meat eater's delight with little for the vegetarian. Somewhat pricy. Food is very good when it's fresh, but sometimes you get something that's been around too long.
Pros: Good Parking, Good food
Cons: Not always fresh

I guess the food was all right, but found the condescending attitude and language of the ownership to be extremely unprofessional when we had a question about our bill. The experience reminded me of old surly lunch ladies from high school.
Pros: Near Monroeville
Cons: Customer Service, Dark, No windows
