Realisticallly focused self defense, reasonably priced. The instructor is very knowledgable in all types of realistic combat scenarios, up to and including modern, improvised weapons. The training here is not super traditional, but it is effective and focused on the real world.
Pros: Great self defense, kickboxing, fitness

High quality instruction and a realistic view of self-defense make this the best school I've attended in Pittsburgh. MAAP rocks!
