loved the personal attention and help from staff. Very motivated employees with impeckable backgrounds. many of them have held weightlifting titles and the owner was mr. pittsburgh at one time. the yoga instructor has a masters degree in fitness, april santicola, and is fantastic! she really knows what she is doing! they have the pace program which is great for beginner fitness that is run by a licensed r.n. , kelly butschle, making me feel safer in working out.. if i hurt myself she can fix it! they have not missed a beat in covering all of the bases with this gym!!! I recommend it to all. i did not give it a 4 star because the desk girl was not friendly at all and seemed to have a bad attitude. that is my only complaint!
Pros: licensed and degreed trainers
Cons: girl at front desk is very unfriendly
