Service is a Pass
by FoodEater4u
The service is really slow. Waitress and Bartenders will stand around talking, while customers are their waiting. I've waited at least 3x that I have been in there. While servers are up at the bar talking and laughing.. Ignoring the customers standing right there. And they seem to be more interested in the Poker machines, than their customers.
Food is fine.
- Pros: Turkey Clubs
- Cons: The staff
Tiny portion
by Fearlessfreep
Ten bucks for a mediocre salad, one tiny boneless chicken breast and a small portion of pasta out of line. Worth $6 at most.
- Pros: Parking
- Cons: small portions
Solid American taste that has drawn Carnegie residents since World War II.

The Scene
Since 1939, Talotta's has stood on West Main Street in Carnegie and the family-run business is now in its third generation. There have been a couple of additions to the building, but the simple, homey atmosphere has maintained over the years. The dining rooms are spotless, service is very friendly and everyone is treated like a regular customer.
The Food
Food runs toward traditional American, and is consistently good. Soups are homemade fresh every day (try the Italian wedding soup), and there is great demand for the lasagna. Sandwiches and hoagies fly out of the kitchen for lunch and dinner.
In Closing
All desserts are made on the premises, and coconut cream pie lovers are in for a special treat. --Sam Edelmann
Best restaurant in town

This restaurant has almost anything you are hungry for. The service is very personal and it is a great family business. Their homemade soups and dinners are to die forand so are their desserts. They also have take out service that you can call ahead for. Their pizzas are excellent and are only $6 for a cheese pizza. This place has delicious food for unbeatable prices so go eat there today. It's conveniently located across the street from the new bureau building. Bon appetite! :)
- Pros: inexpensive, delicious food, clean
- Cons: no delivery
