My cat was in pain. I knew I needed to get him to a vet ASAP! I called my regular vet and the answer was "I dont have anything for at least a week, You have to understand I have a vet on vacation" That was the rudest thing I ever heard. I called about 15 other vets that day in hopes that at least one vet could help me. I needed late hours and not the cost of a vet hospital. Finally Rainbow helped! They kept the office open 30 plus minutes after closing. The staff and vet were so understanding that, yes this is an animal, but he is my animal!!! They treated me, my family and my cat like a friend. My kitty is now out of pain, healthy, happy, and I can rest at night. They even called the next few days to see if he was feeling better. The price was right but I would have paid twice that to be treated as wonderful as I was. Bravo to everyone at Rainbow. TY from the bottom of my heart. I came to you with, what was to me earth shattering, and you made it ok! If you live in the area and need at vet with a "heart" I would not think twice!!! It just brings a smile to me to think how well I was treated and how happy my furry friend is now!

Dr. Giri was our vet here in Warsaw, NY and we miss him terribly. He was very good to me and my animals, knowlegable and always willing to help and go the extra mile. I run a small non-profit shelter/rescue and no one helped me more than Dr. Giri and never will. Clarie
Pros: Great Vet
Cons: not here anymore and too far for me to go to

This place has the most careing and friendly vet and associates. I have the unmost respect for Dr. Giri and everyone there. It's a long drive but it's worth the trip!
