I highly recommend Killian's to anyone. Perfect for lunch or dinner & it is affordable. Also perfect for small or large groups.

Hole-in-the-wall plus wood grill equals scrumptious.

The Scene
The exterior conjures images of a seedy college bar that should have an ID checker at the door, but this is Creighton/Springdale not State College. Inside is a warm friendly space with low lighting to assist the projection TV and promote atmosphere. (The green twinkle lights do the job as well.)

The Food
Burgers ($5) are the call here. Half-pound bad boys, cooked to your specifications, with Swiss, American or provolone cheese among the many toppings available. Their size requires two hands at all times and the taste is chock-full of smoky wood flavor. The chicken also takes well to their grill, which seals in the juices and allows the meat to fall off the wing bones. Salads feature a great mixture of greens.

little money = lots of food! I highly reccomend the gourmet cheeseburger with home fries. Everything is great!
