A great place to get back into working out ! I worked out in over crowded gyms before and it's a pleasure to have one on one attention to my specific needs. My trainer changed my routine frequently to keep me from geting bored so I would keep with my program. I lost inches within no time.

I wanted to lose my baby weight and fast to get back in shape for a wedding. Up and running sports had me back to my old size in no time.
Pros: Cutting edge equipment and methods--Fun!!
