I visited 3 times to clinic, but I never saw Dr. Chatwani and everytime different doctors. Also, I got discount on Ist Frame for my son, but IInd time they refuse to give any discount for myself. I couldn't understand their policy on discount. It was the same associates both of the times and happen within 2 weeks time . The associate was not able to find the frame for me,which covers under my Insurance and then offered me to take the prescription and go to some other clinic. I waited 15-20 minute for someone to attend me after having appointment for particular time. I won't recommend ..

Dr. Chatwani's staff was warm and professional even on the phone before I made my appointment, and they were friendly when I want in to get my check up. Dr. Chatwani is professional and friendly. She explains the purpose of all the tests and what the results mean, and she took the time to explain different options for contact brands and styles. She even let me try a different pair and passsed on what another customer with a similar eye condition had to say about it. I definitely recommend Tri-City Optometry. Their evening hours were also convenient for my work schedule.
