Bad experience and lousy customer service!!!

My son (17 years old) had his truck detailed by this company and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience... The truck still had wax streaks (or whatever they use) on the hood and sides, like it was done at night or something, and removing that stuff takes forever!!! The interior floor was still damp the following morning witch led to wet windows on the inside... and that meant we had to clean them all over again. These guys must have been in a hurry, because what he did not get even close to what he paid for. Never again!!!
