Sing Sing is one of my favorite places to go. The music is always great, the pianists are so talented and funny, and it's an all around engaging place. The food is really good, and the drinks, while good, are overpriced, but I guess that's to be expected. I would suggest eating dinner somewhere else first, as it can get pricey and it's way too crowded. They also take reservations for parties over 6 and the doors open early. The $6 cover charge is nothing for the kind of entertainment you get. The only down side is it's super packed on weekends, and they don't always get around to play your song. Regardless, they always play a nice mix of music, and their awesome at getting the audience involved!! I love Sing Sing!! Definently a great place for birthdays, batchelor and batchelorette parties, and large groups, but I recommend it to anyone who just wants a fun night out with great live music. PS... To the writer who was offended by the raunchiness, you need to loosen up. I don't know what you were expecting, but unless you were sexually assaulted, I don't understand who you didn't just leave. Boo to boring people.
Pros: Great live music... You'll definently leave entertained!! So much fun!!
Cons: Extremely busy on weekends, pricey drinks.

This place is so much fun!! Much better than sitting at a bar. You get great entertainment, great service and good finger food. Don't go hungry looking for dinner - good apps. The entertainment is absolutely incredible. I can't believe these guys settled in Pittsburgh! They should be making it big. Warning - the humor is a bit raunchy - but if you go with fun in your mind then it is great. You can't take offense to the mild teasing. It makes the show fun!! They will play anything (for a price)! The more you give the better chance of hearing your song. I have seen them try to sing songs they don't know and do a really good job of it. Don't miss a chance to come here! This is the best bar in Pittsburgh. If you are looking to be completely entertained come here. You don't even have to drink to have fun!!
Pros: Fun, entertaining, full of laughs
Cons: Can't really hold a conversation as it is kind of loud!!

Not only was the bar mostly empty, but the music was not good. The comedy was simply vulgar, which I suppose is fine for an adult comedy show, but lacked taste. At the end of the night they pulled me up on stage and physically placed one of their ugly bumper stickers on my body inappropriately. I spoke with two managers who could do nothing about the situation, but being touched where I wouldn't want to be I wouldo say this place is unwelcome and deserves to be shut down and replaced with another type of night life entertainment at the waterfront.

Always a great place to go with friends! I've been to several other dueling piano bars in other cities (New Orleans, Baltimore, L.A.) and Sing-Sing is the best of all! Definitely get the huge soft pretzels with cheezy dip to munch on!!

This is the best place I have ever been to. I was born and raised in the Burgh' and miss it greatly... now living in Lexington, KY. I was home visiting this June and went to Sing Sing with some friends. Needless to say we were there again the next night. The guys really know what they are doing and show great personality. Thanks for being so entertaining. DANNY IS SO SEXY........

This was the one of the best finds I've come across in Pittsburgh. The guys doing all the entertaining are sooo incredibly talented. They take just about any request and can play it with a little sass. The only downfall is it makes all the other places in pittsburgh seem boring in comparison. It's a definite must see.
Pros: Hilarious, Great talent, Uplifting

After enjoying a dueling piano bar on spring break at Myrtle Beach, I decided to give Sing Sing a chance. It was the most fun I have had in Pittsburgh in a long time. The pianists were funny and witty and full of personality. The bar was packed with people singing along and having a great time. Even though we were packed in there like sardines, there was no fighting. Everyone had a great time. Thanks Sing Sing. By the way, Danny was a hottie!!! ~Jamie
