First and foremost, I usually stay away from restaraunts who recieve a bad review. However, I broke my own rule and went to Fuji. This guy who is the sushi chef is a complete joke...He isn't Japanese and on top of that he is very cheap. I could barely taste the tuna in my $5.00 tuna roll due to the fact that it was sliced so thin (I basically paid for rice wrapped in seaweed.) The nigiri sushi is also a problem....It is tiny and not that good. I would much rather pay slightly more at Kiku for much better quality and good sized portions. The only good thing I have to say about this place is the woman who cooks in the back is a good cook. I had a shrimp teriaki I was pleased with it, but still could not get over the odasity of the sushi chef. If you want sushi stay away from this place. I recommend Sushi Kim or Kiku. I REPEAT DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE.

Pros: cooked food was okay, parking was easy, and they had a good waiter

Cons: It is a waste of time and money, you are better off making your own sushi. Quite possibly the worst dining experience in my life.

With three five-star reviews, I was hopeful for something quite a bit different. Expensive, sub-par fish quality, and meager portions. Nigiri was really about half-size: thin slivers of fish on rice about the size of a large peanut. Krab -- imitation crabmeat--in California roll and Sunomono salad, both which listed ingredients on menu as crab. (If you spell it with a "c", I expect it to be real crab meat.) Definitely would not recommend.

Cons: Over-priced, skimpy portions, poor quality

When I returned from Japan a few years ago, I was worried that I wouldn't find sushi as good as it had been over there. And then a friend took me to Fuji Sushi. Not only is it the best sushi I've found in the states, but it's also better than the sushi I had over in Japan. The food overall is amazing, and there are several menu options for those who don't like sushi as well. The wait staff is polite and friendly, and they even know my favorite meal by heart - the chicken and sushi combo. My husband and I love Fuji Sushi so much, I proposed to him there. When the waitress saw that we had just gotten engaged, she gave us some amazing chocolate - on the house! If you like Japanese food, check out Fuji Sushi. It's a hidden gem in Japanese cuisine!

Pros: great food, friendly service, atmosphere

Fuji's has become my favorite restaurant. If you're not a sushi fan, their terriyaki beef is delicious! And now that i've become a sushi lover, I can't get sushi anywhere else. Fuji's is by far my favorite! Mr. Lee is a fantastic sushi chef - he has a loyal following and he's always very welcoming! My recommendation: Sit at the sushi bar! The staff is friendly, the service is fast, the prices are extremely reasonable, and the food is delicious!

Pros: Great Food, Inexpensive, Good Parking

Fuji is fabulous! It is unpretentious, economical, and delicious! Since discovering it, I have recommended it more so than any other restaurant I have been to thus far. The sushi is freshly made, the texture of the fish is what it should be, and there are many options for the vegetarian who does not want to be left out of the experience. In addition, the prices cannot be beaten. A full meal for two people (not inclusive of specialized Sushi faire) is an average of $20-22. I love it and you will too!

Pros: Food, Pricing, Service
