I've been to alot of paint your own pottery studios across the country..hands down, Pottery Playhouse in Greensburg, PA is the best. The staff is so helpful and friendly, they make you feel so..."confident", no matter your age. I also found the prices to be less than most other studio.
Pros: Service, Prices, coffee house next door, Fun atmosphere, good music

Wow! This is the best place to have a birthday party in Westmoreland County. My daughter turned 8 and loved every minute of her party. The staff is friendly and fun, and they help with all aspects of the party. Thes best part is they have something thsy can actually use, instead of all other "junk" you get from other parties.. We painted plates and my daughter eats off of her every day. I highly recommend having your child's birthday party here. The mom's are coming back to paint..they do ladies night out..we can't wait.
Pros: Frinedly, organized, fun
Cons: Having to wait for your piece to be fired..but it's worth it when you pick it up..

Great place to spend time with your family and friends. you don't need any artisitc ability, which is great, because I can't draw a straight line. My bowl turned out like a professional artist did it..It's a great confidence booster. we are gong back to make all our christmas gifts this year.
