We have used Welch, Gold, and Siegel,PC over seven years for some general legal advice, and for my Will and my wife's Will, for Durable Health Care Power of Attorneys and Health Care Treatment Instructions (Living Will) for the two of us and finally for a General Power of Attorney( a document designating another to act with our authority in writing checks or conducting other transactions in the event of one or both of us become disabled where we can't make personal decisions or pay bills for ourselves. They have been professional, kind, and almost pastoral in providing services for us. We received discounted prices for their services by using their services as a part of "Prepaid Legal Services" that is an affordable service where you pay under $20.00 a month for legal coverage, sort of like an insurance policy. I truly endorse both services. This is not an advertisement just my truthful experience of these companies services. They are ethical and legitiment.
