service was good, atmosphere nice, massage was very good, facial was fair. changing area and shower could have been nicer. it was a bit loud while getting the massage and it made it just a bit diffcult to relax. but over all i would recommend Spa in the Hollow.
Pros: great staff
Cons: could be a bit more private

I have visited many spas throughout the world , including the best ones in the U.S. Spa in the Hollow ranks with the very finest. Although conveniently located directly on Rt. 19 in Paters Township, t he Spa is in the rear of the building, facing a wooded valley. Its setting is spacious, private and complete with gardens, landscaped grounds, a large pond (including fish and a waterfall ) and a pond-side Gazebo where I enjoyed a side-by-side outdoor massage with a friend. Inside the spa, there is a comfortable serenity room where you are greeted by very professional and highly skilled technicians. With my first spa package, I received "gel nails" in the manicure room and a pedicure in another room. My nails, includig the white tips, have held up very well. My second visit included a nail fill, a relaxing facial and hot stone massage (inside). The facility is very sanitary and the technicians that provided my services were fabulous. This is one gem of a spa!

I really enjoyed my time at Spa in the Hollow. I had the Stressbuster massage, and this was my first massage. Everyone there seemed very nice and happy. The atmosphere was clean, and relaxing. They have a wonderful waiting area. The only problem was getting there. It is behind another building off of Rt.19. If you don't know what to look for you might miss it.

I recently went to the Spa in the Hollow for a manicure and pedicure. The spa is very cute and very clean; however, I don't feel the technicians are thorough enough in terms of nail services. I didn't feel my cuticles were pushed back enough and my feet needed to be exfoliated a bit more. When I left, my manicure was fine, but my feet looked very dry. The polish on my feet and hand started to chip within a few days. The nail color selection also needs to be expanded. I couldn't find my favorite colors and had to settle for "similar-but-not-quite-right colors." All in all, an average experience.
Pros: very nice "resting" room; very clean
Cons: not thorough enough with manicures and pedicures; salon access is difficult from street
