Blumengarten's did our flowers for our July 12, 2008 wedding. We looked at a few florists in the Pittsburgh area and were pleased with the styles that Jim (one of the owners) suggested. The prices at Blumengarten's were also very affordable, especially compared to some of the estimates we received. In addition, Jim worked with us to choose flowers that would meet our style, needs, and budget. We were given a detailed price list prior to making any commitment and there were always people in the shop if we had any questions. We had to do the planning from 3 hrs away and it was very easily done with the help of Jim and his staff. I was so happy that we chose this florist - the flowers were even more beautiful than I imagined. I would highly recommend this florist shop!

I wouldnt recommend this florist to any one. The owner was very difficult to communicate with. There prices were high and the styles were not current. I would look for another florist before making this one my choice.

Difficult to work with. Wastes your time. I was planning a wedding and I asked for a white themed flower event consisting of white callas, lillies, and roses, they showed me purple flowers. I asked whether they provide flowers for your hair as well, they said they don't do hair, which I didn't expect them to do. I just wanted the flower. Not very creative, detailed or easy to work with. I am busy so I have to communicate through email a lot of the time and they didn't seem to do that.
