I have been a member of Body Systems Fitness for about a year. The facility is outstanding! Very clean, very convienent, and very friendly. The hours are awesome! I have made many friends with the other members and the staff. I have met the owners also and they have been very friendly and accomodating. The staff is also great! I usually go in the morning time and the people there in the morning are especially nice. I am very glad I chose this gym after pricing others in the area. My membership will be coming up soon and I will definitley stay with this gym.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: none that come to mind

this fitness facility is very small and not clean. the people that utilize the gym are very friendly. the owners of the gym are not!! they are rude and talk about the members in the gym. they cause many problems for nice members of the community!! the gym equipment is not updated and in fact quite old! the owners claim to be personal trainers but are very out of shape to say the least!. avoid this gym and put your money toward a larger clean gym in the area.
Pros: no pros
Cons: not clean very small
