Great customer service! Wonderful staff!

I have been a regular customer here for 3+ years (everytime I get a bonus or pick up an extra side job). While it was intimidating walking in the first time, I was overwhelmed by their willingness to help me find the perfect jeans. I usually shop in yoga pants and a t-shirt and didn't experience the snobbery I have seen at the mall - where they think I can't afford to shop there as I'm in comfy clothes.

My advice, go in with an open mind... they'll recommend some jeans you hate and some you love in order to understand exactly what you're looking for. I have recommended countless people to this store and all have had the same experience. I have tried Saks, Sewickley shops, and other stores in LA for premium denim- they don't help you at all - just shove you into a fitting room (and charge for alterations). I am a bit surprised at some of the earlier reviews... I'd recommend asking for Leslie. She's the best! But, they are all great.

The alter hem and waist for FREE!!! And, they carry men's jeans now!

Horrible, snobby employees

Do NOT shop here. The employees are so incredibly rude, it will ruin any buzz you may get from buying a $200 shirt. I have never been treated so cruelly while trying to spend my hard-earned money on denim. What a joke.

There are much better places for denim

From my experience at Pgh. Jeans, the only people the employees are nice to is each other. Went to Pgh. Jeans for some new denim and had the most miserable experience. Not one person offered to help and when I did ask for assistance in finding a size I was given the worst customer service I have ever had. I shop ALOT and these were the worst sales associates I have ever come in contact with. Needless to say, I took my $200 elsewhere. I will never return to Pgh Jeans. There are plenty of other place to buy high end denim.

Wonderful!

Everyone at the Pittsburgh Jeans Company is so nice! They have the widest selection of jeans I have seen anywhere. Why shop for jeans anywhere else? They will tailor your pants for free and they have great sales and cute newsletters! I will be going to them for years (if I have save my paychecks!!)
