Got my first tattoo last night by Vince. My son has three of his four tats done by Vince also and he would not go anywhere else. I must agree. I love the work, the detail Vince puts in...wanting to do it right, not just in a hurry. The price was more than fair...actually I would have paid more! (don't tell Vince that though!) As I was getting this one done, I was thinking what I could do next. THANK YOU VINCE!!!! So pleased!

When I went to Misery Ink they were very nice to me. I love that place. I had gotten my first tattoo, and I didn't get it done at Misery, and now I do regret it cause it didn't turn out good. I had gotten a tattoo done at Misery Ink and it took six hours. I had Vince do it. He is the best ever! Now that's the only place I go to get anything. I drove an hour on the saturday before christmas, and the piercer went in specially for me to get my industrial. They work with you real well there. It is worth the drive even if you do live an hour away. I will never go anywhere else anymore. I highly recommend you get Vince, but if not I've seen Dans work and he does a good job also. I was nervous to get my tattoo on my back, but Vince talked me thru it and made me feel very comfortable. Also, they have the best prices around! In sum, MISERY INK IS THE BEST, NOWHERE ELSE IS BETTER! Thanks.

i have been goin to misery ink since i was 14 years old. The first service i got was gettin my tongue pierced and Frank (one of the piercers) did it for me. I was nervous and he walked me thru it all step by step. I watched him sterilize the needle and jewlery, along with getting out a fresh clamp to clamp my tongue. He did an amazing job!!! Chrissy (the other piercer) is phenomenal. She did my nose and both holes in my belly button (top and bottom). Her and Frank are the best piercers I've ever met. Not only that, but the prices are reasonable. I checked out a few palces after i went to misery the first time, and i still return to them for whatever i want done. I have 4 tattoos all done by Vince. His artwork is amazing! He customized all my tattoos so that they weren't like anyone elses. Not only that, but he always keeps my tattoos in mind to think of a new one to go along with all my othet tattoos. I am a tattoo fanatic because of Vince, and the other tattoo artist, Danny, also does amazing work. I've watched him do several tattoos... and between him and Vince, they can work miracles!!!! All the people that work at Misery are funny as hell, extremely friendly, and they will make sure that u have the best expierience at the shop. I recommend Misery Ink to EVERYONE!!!!

Pros: EVERYTHING ABOUT MISERY IS GREAT!!!

Cons: THERE ARE NO CONS!!!

Its been 3 years since I've been to Misery Ink (too busy between college and a full time job), but the 3 times I was tattooed there by Vince, it was great. Vince is an amazing artist. As soon as I get some more money together, I'm going back again. I've been tattooed in 2 other shops, and they pail in comparison to Misery Ink. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and helpful. Oh, and I also had my tongue pierced there, and also stretched there, and the girl who did both (its been awhile and my memory has failed me on remembering her name) was awesome as well.

Pros: Great artists. Clean. Good rates for amazing work.

Cons: Location (but I take the bus)

I have been going to Misery Ink since they opened and I have NEVER found a cooler group of people. Dan and Vince are truly skilled artists, and I am proud to wear their work. Frank and Christie have such skill at putting you at ease when you are about to be pierced! These guys have it going on, not to mention the cool store next door, with candles, incents, bumper stickers, body jewelry, and the funkiest clothes!!

Pros: LOCATION, SKILLED/PROFESSIONAL, COMFORTABLE!

Cons: Make APPOINTMENT

I came to Misery Ink to get my first tattoo with my mother on my 18th birthday. All the people there were extremely friendly and inviting. Dan did mine and my mother's tattoos and they were beautiful. He is a true artist. Dan was also very funny and nice through-out the whole tattooing process. He did an excellent job and I was very satisfied. I recommend anyone who wants a tattoo to go to Misery Ink. On another note, Misery Ink was also voted the cleanest tattoo shop in PA.

Pros: clean, friendly, nice atmosphere

Cons: pricey

I got my first tattoo done there. It's amazing how clean it is. Everyone is friendly. There is nothing intimidating whatsoever in the building. Dan did my tattoo and he did a great job. I recommend to anyone I know who is looking in for a tattoo.

I have several tattoos from several places, I have had two done at Misery Ink along with some piercings. Everyone that tattoos or pierces there skilled, knowledgeable and experienced. The establishment is very clean not all sort of people just hanging out in there, can feel comfortable about walking in asking questions, looking around and anyone there will answer any questions or concerns. Vince is a great guy to see, not only talented but a genuinely nice guy and his first concern is your comfort. I would highly recommend Misery Ink and have to several people, if you are thinking of a tattoo or piercing I would stop there first. Might have to wait for an appointment but worth it.

Pros: clean, comfortable, experienced

Misery Ink Tatto Shop is the best tattoo parlor that i have found in the state and even in the north east. Vince is the best artist that there is. he has done my tattoos and due to his work i have sent 2 others there and more are on their way.
