I picked this salon because I saw they took Spa Finder GC's. I went in to get my hair cut and colored. The girl said she had years under her belt. She had to do it twice and it still wasnt right. My hair was so chopped up. I had to go tot a top notch spa and salon in Greensburg to have the Master Designer fix it and re- do my color. The owner Candy needs to save her money from her Billboards and get some parking. A spa that you have to park in the Alley?I also noticed how Candy and her staff talk about their clients infront of other cleints when they leave. Very disapointing. Candy needs to take some lessons on customer service and get off her high horse with her prudish attitude. I wouldnt even send my dog to a place like this. Save your money. Small town charging prices and NOT a very experienced staff I must say.

Pros: None

Cons: staff, parking, experience and price

I am a spa goer...from all the fancy ones in resorts and hotels around the country/world, to small country inns. I must say that somehow a spa in a little town, pulled it off. My facial was better than any I'd ever had, my manicure lasted over a week and the therapist who did my massage was right on the money with everywhere I needed it. Everyone I met was friendly and the owner or manager? even came over and checked on how I liked my services and thanked me for coming in. I don't live close but will make the drive to see them again.

Pros: service, value

Cons: location

I've been to Platinum twice; once the week before my wedding for a massage, and once the day before my wedding for a full facial, massage, mani, and pedi. The facial was wonderful, and the massages are fantastic. The pedicure was great too, but the manicure was really awful. I chatted with the lady who was doing my mani, and we had a great time, but when she was done, it looked like someone had chewed off my fingernails then painted them. It was difficult to see because it's dim in there and my hands were on an off-white cloth, but when she was done painting, she started to try to file my nails when they were still wet!! Apparently realizing there was no way to fix them, she excused herself and got someone else to come in and fix them (the replacement's name was Elise, and she'd done my massage and was wonderful). Elise looked at my fingernails, tried to figure out how to fix them without having to repaint them with a confused look, and finally took off all the polish and redid them all. I left looking good, but feeling annoyed as I had a TON of stuff to do that day and they'd set me back an hour in my schedule and I had my wedding rehearsal to go to. Never have figured out how the first woman got to do my manicure, but she was really bad. Everything else was great, though!

ok i'm addicted to the spa...i go to spas all the time, all around...and i must say this spa that is in kind of the middle of a old small town has some of the best people i've ever had. the $60 facial was better than nemacolins $150 facial.....this young massage therapist got all my trigger spots and the management was even friendly...I gotta go again..... my husband cracks up that i am going to drive 25 min to go there instead of 20 min to the city....but you cant beat the value for the great services

Pros: everything, facials and massages, spa personnel

Cons: small town traffic, needs more locations

I really loved this place. The staff from top to bottom was friendly, professional and knew what they were doing. I had an entire package...massage, facial, pedicure and highlights. Everything was great and I will definately be back for more! Thanks!

Pros: spa design, hours, availability and wide range of services

Cons: parking
