The customer service is horrible! I had to cancel my order and they delivered it anyway! They said too bad!

I called on a Friday night and I had a coupon that had no expiration date, and I asked for that, and they said they couldn't honor that because they changed their menu, and i said but the coupon has no date or anything on it, he said sorry, and hung up the phone. I called back and said "I can't believe you just hung up on me. I think that's very rude to do." They said well that's the way we do business. Goodbye, and hung up. I will NEVER order from them again and discourage anyone else from it as well.
Pros: They deliver late on Friday nights
Cons: TERRIBLE Customer Service, RUDE RUDE RUDE

I just ordered pizza over the phone and the man who answered the phone was absolutely the rudest man ever. I ordered the pizza for a board meeting, and will never order for my own personal food.

I've gotten Pizza here a couple times and have been fairly satisfied. It's comparible to typical chain brands -- not exceptional, but definantly worth a try if you're close by.
Pros: Have parking, Good prices
Cons: Not much seating

Pizza is great, name a topping and they have it. Pineapple and Ham, can't find those toppings but Pizza Parma has them. I always say Pizza in Europe was the best, these guys have delivered it to the USA

We love their Florida pizza! It is the best pizza ever! We also love their subs! We order from there all the time. They are also very considerate and hospitable. The business that they receive from customers is always appreciated.
