I saw a Pearl Jam concert at Mellon Arena in April of 2003. this place is too outdated for a concert let alone a sporting event. the halls in the concourse are so small you need to watch where you walk to avoid running into to someone. if you want to grab a soda or a beer it takes forever. this Arena needs to be torn down or rebuilt b/c it is lacking in many areas. Mario Lemieux has stated the he will move the Penguins NHL Franchise unless a new Arena is built.
Cons: parking, concessions
