Professional Repair Shop. Fixed my 46" Sony flatscreen, found warranty coverage that I didn't know that I had, and kept me informed about process timing (ie when parts would arrive, when TV could be delivered, etc). The repair did require a number of days (had to order a new screen panel), but I couldn't be happier about getting it back in such good working order, and having a warranty cover the bill. I am completely satisfied, and will likely use this company again.
Avoiding per moemom - and they never did pick up the phone.
@moemom thank you for the warning -- Sony just referred me to them for the exact same problem you had, and they never picked up the phone.
BTW, the last service on the TV I had was done in the home after the part arrived -- never let anyone take the TV away.

Avoid @ ALL Costs not even if they are giving it away FREE. AVOID this place! I have a new Sony TV that was diagnosed w/a Sony recall problem I was referred to this Co by Sony Cust Serv after days of them NOT answering the phone I finally got a person to make an apt. for service the men who picked up the TV "VERY NICE" they arrived in a U-haul with NO Co ID other than a pink work slip w/my name & address. When the TV was not completed in 7 to 10 days per agreement in the beginning, and we returned from vacation (16 days from date of pick up) I called for a status and was told they would call me back. 6 days later I called after no call back to me and kindly requested a status on the TV the Owner was Very RUDE and was informing me that he had spoken to my husband about the fact that the TV part was on back order from Sony and had not come in and he could not tell me when it would be ready he said someone will call when it is ready NO GUARENTEE on when that would be. I have always been the one to call Not my husband, I was never told about a back order, and the Owner was not willing to listen to me he kept stating that I was not accepting his answers, I stated that I did not appreciate his tone and that all he had to say is that the part had not come in yet and he was not certain of when the TV would be ready and that someone would call me when it was completed and that he was sorry it was taking so long. The Owner got angry w/my comment and continued to egg me on to a battle and I refused to play his game so I ended the call and stated to please call me when the TV is ready for delivery. If this was not a Sony Service Authorized Dealer and I could have had my set fixed somewhere else I would have gone to pick it up and transport it to another business since U-hauls are available to anyone, but this is the ONLY Sony Service Co in the Eastern PA Area per Sony Cust Serv Dept and if I take it else where Sony will not cover the cost & Sony did not seem to care that this co is not very kind to the clients. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!
