What happened!. I never take the time to write a review, but after the experience i had, there had to somethiing said. I went to the Ruby's in the mall last year and it was mediocre at best. This past weekend I was in and I would swear that they had some sort of intervention happen. The wait staff greeted me and my party like we were long lost friends!

We were immediately seen by a server who knew the menu and could recommend food even for my quasi vegan friend.

I seriously was looking for Robert Irvine to pop out and say it was restaurant Impossible!

The food was fresh, hot and served in perfect timing for us after a trip to the garden/salad trough.

I asked the server if there was something different, she did not know what to say, she said there were some changes in the manager so if that is the case RT should give that man/woman a big fat raise.

Ok, so I give you five stars and will come back for sure.

How can they differ. i can't understand the difference between lehigh valley mall restaurant and tilghman st. The mall restaurant has alot to be desired-the service was fine but the food was terrible-had lobster ravioli it was horrible even the sides were sub-par. It was comical listening to other patrons around us complaining about there food. Tilghman st. is the one to go to
