A great sandwich and pizza place.. The most unique sandwich, fresh thick sliced Italian bread stuffed with your choice of meats, French fries and sweet marinated coleslaw. I?ve seen others try to imitate it, but this is the original. Also great atmosphere to watch your favorite sports event.

Daryl. We took a group of people from out of town to Primanti's for the "famous" sandwiches. What a disaster! Out of towners were not impressed. The waitress rarely paid attention to our table and the sandwiches were mediocre. It's common to find restaurants throughout PA that throw fries on either their sandwiches or salads so there was nothing special about Primanti's. Complaints included the size of the meal for the price. Other comments were that you could do ten times better in Philly.

crappy service. about 10 or 12 people from work met here one night for drinks after a really crappy night at work... we had some young server ... don't recall her name, she had dark hair. anyhow... she took way too long to come to our table, she was sitting w/some other girl talking about her bf a couple tables away... then when one of the guys asked for a round of shots, she told him they didn't make the shot he asked for. he asked her to double check, because it was really easy to make, she came back 5 minutes later and told us she had asked the bartender and was told no. we all ordered something else. later on in the night, our friend went up to the bar to order drinks (our server was busy talking to her friend about her bf again) and the bartender made them the shot he asked him for, when he told her he THOUGHT that they couldn't make it, the bartender didn't know what he was talking about. Primanti's would be benefit if they fired that crappy server...

Missing the point!. This is a small nice resturant in a bad location.

Too Fru-fru for the area. Food is too fancy. Can't get a regular sandwich or salad without all sorts of exotic trimmings
