Excellent customer service & beautiful furniture. I am really impressed with Furniture Galleries. They have beautiful high end furniture at very good prices. The owner and designers are top notch. It is very hard to find such personalized service. I would not buy furniture or carpeting anywhere else!

I give them a 2 thumbs up!

Poor Customer Service. The owner did not do what he promised and I called to schedule a p/u of furniture, and I made arrangements to pick up the piece and they called the next day and said it was not going to be ready. It was a piece on the floor and was supposed to have been put in the warehouse upon my purchase . This was a frustrating experience and I will not be purchasing anything from this store again. If they would have offered me free delivery then I would have been happier , however they still wanted to charge me $100.00 for delivery, after they screwed up.
