I love the people at the dealership. They are nothing but helpful! I got to the dealership right at closing and they stayed to help me get my new used truck. *** This is to another customer who wrote something bad about them.... Everyone knows that dealerships don't always know what or if something is wrong with a USED vehicle but they always offer a WARRANTY to cover anything that may go wrong. You should have purchased a warranty. I purchased a used truck from them a few months ago and have had NO problems. They are not mind readers as far as problems, they do the best they can as far as checking over vehicles when they get them but can not know everything. The window sticker states the deal and that warranties are available. Do the homework, get the car fax and get the warranty! They are a dealership that does go out of the way for the customers. Chris has been nothing but helpful when I had a question or need regarding my used truck. I would highly recommend you purchase a vehicle from them...and a WARRANTY!

Dislike!!!!!!!. We recently bought a used 2004 Ford Truck with only 40k miles on it. They told us the previous owner was a friend of the dealership employees and they knew that it had been well taken care of. 2 months later the engine had to be replaced. My son used this truck for his job so if he didn't have the truck he couldn't work. We took it to Baglier and the service department told us they couldn't help us that he needed to take it to Ford. We went to the Ford in Butler and they said they couldn't get it in for several days so we found another Ford dealer that would look at it that day. The other Ford dealer ordered the engine and when putting it in said it took twice as long because someone had had the engine out before and half of the bolts were missing and alot of them were cross threaded. This obviously was very upsetting! I emailed Chris Quintet the Used Car Manager at Baglier to see if they were willing to help out with any of the cost of it. After repeated emails and following up to attempt to get an answer, he informed me finally over 2 weeks later that they would not do anything about it. I was just as frustrated at the way he handled it as I was about the situation itself. I would have been happy with a few free oil changes. I haven't ever had any dealings with the New car side but I would not recommend buying anything from Baglier Used Cars - they have proven themselves to be untrustworthy and without integrity!
