Alot of equipment and GREAT classes!. I've been a member of this gym for a few years now and it is even better now than when I started. First, I love the fact that when I come in for my workout, there is always ample equipment for me to choose from. Working full-time and having a family, I appreciate the fact that I can get in and get out without having to wait for the equipment I want to use. Plus with all the machines they have to pick from, it would be hard to get bored here. I also love to take the classes when I have the time. My favorite right now is ZUMBA! When I take that class I have so much fun that it doesn't even feel like I'm exercising. And the time goes so fast....the hour feels more like 5 minutes. I would recommend this gym (and have) to anyone looking to get in a great workout in a comfortable atmosphere.
