Manager is RUDE !. Went in to buy a ferret and cage and accessories, the only ferret cage they had at the time was a $250 pen, so I talked to the sales lady who was very nice and she said i could get use one of the large birdcage which was 50 dollars until I find a ferret cage. I was all checked out and charged over $200 to my credit card only to have the manager come out and Very Rudely, tell me that she cares about their pets and couldn't sell me the ferret if i wasn't going to buy the appropriate cage for it, and told the salesperson the credit my card for the sale. So i went to Petco up the road and got a ferret cheaper, a cage cheaper and when i went to use my credit card it was declined cause they didn't credit my card yet. As I'm using alternate ways to pay for it I am explaining to the Petco salesperson about what happened she said they get complaints all the time about the "Pets in the Park" manager. Ill never go back there.

AS BAD AS IT GETS. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER. My kids no longer have pets because the owner Terasa,sold me a male and a female chinchilla when i asked for two of the same breed ,so i wouldn't have to deal with babies.She sold me a male and a female and told me they were both female just to close the deal.I awoke one morning to find a baby chinchilla in the cage.The mother killed the father and was trying to kill the baby.I called Terasa and she was telling me how to raise the baby that i was never suppose to have in the first place.she basically told me it's not her probablam,i requested another baby for mine to grow up with,but she said she can't make any money like that.I am asking for people to find somewhere else to do their pet shopping and hopefully save another child the heartache of waking up to dead pets. Thank You!
