I agree.. I agree with the last comment. I've been in the store many times and have not had a bad experience yet. I've even went in to browse and not bought anything and they were still happy to answer my questions. I've never felt pressure to buy anything at any time at any one of my visits. The person that wasn't allowed to over look his purchase must have went in on a bad day. I was in the other day looking at a guitar the sales person offered to plug it in a amp with out me even asking. What people have to remember is no one person is perfect and each of us deserve a bad day.

Butler's Best. After reading another review here, I was inclined to inform users that I've found Fudoli's Music outstanding in customer service and expertise. I live & work in Butler, and have ordered various musical doodads from Fudoli's over the years. It is not unusual to have someone from the store actually deliver an item to my workplace when an order arrives. A bass-playing coworker once suggested to Fudoli that he should carry an additional brand of bass strings; not long after, Fudoli began stocking the strings for my friend. Their variety is good, and if they don't have what you're looking for, you can be sure they'll order it ASAP for you, and call as soon as the item arrives. The store is family owned & operated by serious professional musicians (the bass-playing owner once toured with Buddy Rich, among others...) who are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Go Elsewhere.. I went in and picked up a mandolin. An inhospitable woman, apparently the "mom" of the "mom and pop joint", barked at me that I wasn't allowed to examine it. I'm sorry, I should mention that the instrument was well under $200, and easily affordable.
