rude!!. I ordered a bag online for a vacuum. I was sent the wrong bag it is to large and does not fit. I then called to ask what the exchange policy was so I could return for the correct item. The woman on phone I spoke with was rude and arguing with me telling me it would fit. I even took the vac to my local vac store and asked them if they could put it on and they advised me is the wrong one. She then put me on hold for over10 minutes never to return. This bag costs me 60.00. I will never do business with them again, which is to bad as I own a house cleaning company and always looking for someone I can use to purchase my items through.
