everything great. the food is good, the staff is very kind, and it is resonably priced. I work there so this might be one sided but i was eating there before i started working there. if you want a private seculed getaway this is the place to go no if ands or buts about it. besides that it is located not to far from 7 springs.

Great Destination. Restaurant is casual with a very large selection of items on the menu. On Friday and Saturday the restaurant has slow cooked prime rib. The employees are very friendly.

Worst Experience Ever!!. Recently I attended a Rehersal dinner held at Foggy Mountain Lodge. I have never in my life experienced service as terrible as I did there. On the day of the dinner as the bride and groom went through the buffet line, they realized that the chicken parmesan they had requested was missing and that in its place was chicken marsala ( the bride absolutely hates chicken marsala.) When the bride brought this to the attention of the women who seemed to be in charge, she just brushed it off as if it wasn't a big deal. The bride was going to try to not let it bother her because there was also roast beef to eat also. She requested a piece that was well done. The piece that was put on her plate was completely raw, and got raw juices all over her food. As the bride sat for 20 minutes eating nothing, we asked the women in charge if they could have a plate of chicken parmesan to be made for the bride to eat. The women replied "No, that's impossible." The Foggy Mountain Lodge has a restaurant that was open at this time. We didn't understand why this was such a big task especially for the bride. Several minutes later the women approached the bride and groom, and in the rudest way ever said that they were sending chicken parmesan for the bride and groom and then for everyone else. The way that the women had said this, she practically was yelling at them and then stormed off. Although we did appreciate them getting a meal that the bride could eat. None of the staff ever apologized or even said they were sorry. They handled the situation in the worst way ever. After the meal was over, the bride and groom approached the owner (who was posing as the bartender) to let him know how horrible there experience was. Before they were even done telling him, the women who had been rude to them all evening returned to the room and began yelling at the bride and groom. The owner who witnessed everything let the women go on yelling and didnt do anything. Im completely disappointed with this place.

This quaint inn, which offers fishing and hiking in summer, provides easy access to nearby ski slopes in winter.. In Short
This country inn, located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands, features two lodging buildings on 120 acres of fields and woodlands. In the summer months, there's a small lake that may be used for fishing and wooded trails that are perfect for walking. There are total of 12 rooms at the lodge, some of which feature wood-paneled walls, queen-sized beds and private entranceways. There's also a hot tub available for guests staying in the Guesthouse Rooms.
