Complete failure on flowers. I avoid this florist as they are decidedly not customer friendly. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I highly recommend NOT using this florist for ANYTHING. They are very customer unfriendly and very very rude. There is no communication between staff and my flower order got cancelled and the sender lost money. It was an absolutely TERRIBLE transaction and I was treated very poorly.
