NEVER SHOPE AT LATROBE CHEVY FORD IN LATROBE PENNSYLVANIA AT 1595 MISSION STREET............ I just spent 15 hours driving in a car yesterday with little peache and starr and came home empty handed with no truck... not because it was a bad truck or we couldnt afford it, no no no.. we had the money and it was a great truck it was because despite the fact that we said we were going to be paying on a credit card they refused to let us pay with a credit card when we got there...... at first they lied to us and told us it was against state law in pennsylvania to use a credit card to buy a car, a total and absolute lie because its not against the law its up to dealer descresion wether they want to use a credit card or not, so after walking outside and doing some googling to find the truth we went back inside and called them on they're lie.... they just absolutely refused to sell us this car to use.... we were so irrate and upset afterwards.... Im so sick of dealing with dealerships on the east coast.... I looked for cars for weeks before i found this car researched this car for days even to the point of calling ford themselves and talking to them about this car I was completely upfront and honest with the salesman not hiding or holding anything back.... Even asking him if there was wiggel room with the price, him saying yes on the phone, and then when we get out there he tried to tell me that they cant budge..... Please if anyone is ever on the east coast and happens to be looking for a car in pennsylvania please never shop at Latrobe Chevy Ford Dealership in Latrobe on mission avenue because they are horrible liars.

Great People. We have had 2 excellent experiences at this dealership in the last year. Lud and Ted went out of their way to deliver the new Fords we wanted to purchase. The vehicles were delivered in excellent condition. We highly recommend this dealer and the entire staff.

Rude service, Outrageous Prices, Misleading window stickers. Refused to budge even a little on outrageous used car prices.

Took two vehicles on test drives that didn't have all the equipment listed on the sticker.

Owner (Lud) and salesman (Mark) were both rather rude as well.

Needless to say I went elsewhere.

DISHONEST. They sold us a gm certified vehicle that shortly after began to rust....upon trip after trip to the body shop...the repair shop ((which is awesome~the one benefit to this business)) told us it had been wrecked before we bought it. We however paid for a vehicle that was supposed to be in excellent condition. Called GM and they had to contact owner, because he would not respond to us. After GM contacted, he still would do nothing to make up for ripping us off, and making us lose our family vehicle for extended periods of time.
