Best Flowers. We have used this florist for many years and always enjoy them. Flowers are better than we expect and always fresh. My husband buys flowers only from them. The bouquet that I received for our anniversary (12/5/11) were outstanding! The roses were fresh along with the baby's breath and greenery. They last over two weeks and looked great. I received many compliments. I've never been disappointed. It sounds like the previous review had a problem with the delivery which might happen around a holiday. Delivery driver certainly wouldn't know that this lady's neighbor wasn't neighborly. I too have had flowers delivered to my neighbor when I wasn't home and never minded. Fresh flowers are always a wonderful surprise and I know I receive quality, long-lasting flowers from Zanarini's. And no, they are not my friends, family, or good neighbor.

Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Had. We went through FTD to order flowers for Mom for Mother's Day, their local florist for her is Zanarini's. Mother's Day was 2 days ago & she still hasn't received her flowers. The day before Mother's Day they tried to make the delivery, she was working, she called them when she got home around 4:45pm, they were closed. We found this out early afternoon on Mother's Day, so we waited awhile for them to be delivered. I called FTD & was told not to worry the florist was open & out late making deliveries. We left at 9:00, she hadn't received them. Monday they delivered them, to a neighbor that hasn't been home when she is not that is matters, they don't talk to each other. Think of Hatfields & McCoys!! I called the florist myself, they told me they left "numerous messages" on her machine & so has the neighbor. The neighbor hasn't called at all & they left one message on Saturday. With todays technology you can't get away with much when caller ID machiines tell you how many times a # has called your house.

So sorry for the "Book" but we felt you needed the reason why the service was so bad. Who knows what condition the flowers will look like when she finally gets them. We spent $70 on flowers for them to sit at a neighbors house that probably will never deliver them, if they even still have them.

Be sure to pass this one by, there are other florist in the area. And I am told they are very nice people to deal with.
