Love it here!. I have lived here for a year and just love it. As long as you pay your rent ontime and are not a nuisance tennent, you will enjoy your life here. The pool is very nice and my building is quiet. The gym is clean and has a lot to offer. I don't understand the incredibly high electric bill, it's higher than my mothers whole 3 bdrm house, but other than that....it's cool. Maintenance has always been quick to respond to any problem, but I have not had many. It's so close to anything you might need on Rt. 30 but you do not hear the traffic. I love the online rent payment system as it ensures that I am never late. My daughter AND I really enjoy our life here.

Puke apartments for rent! Like to spend money? Rent here!. This warning is to save you a lot of money and trouble, if you rent there you will be renting a peice of sh** apartment straight froll hell! They make it sound good but the managment doesn't care anything about you or your problems, they just want your money. Nothing ever gets fixed, in the winter it took a month to fix the heat properly. They lie about their apartments, mine was a previously flooded one and they didn't tell me this, I had to discover it out by the neighbors and found mold 2 months later. Has a bad smell to the place, they screw you with late charges and tell you they are going to wave them when it wasn't late, but they wont theyll just tack on another one next month! Fire alarms don't work, discovered this when visiting a friend in the building next to us and tried to pull the alarm when we saw smoke! Not renting from here will be a life saving decision!!!

Want to be COMPLETELY taken advantage of? Live at the VOE.. Nickled and dimed and totally taken advantage of. They change policies WITHOUT notifying the tenants. They increase their late fee's WITHOUT notice. They can do this HOW? The owners are attorneys.
