Best Service & Quality Foot problem Solved. I am on my feet for 12 to 18 hours a day and they hurt so bad I thought that I would have to get another job after visiting Ponsi's . They made me a pair of arch supports and I can now work all day with no problems
AMAZING QUALITY, SERVICE, KNOWLEDGE. I love Ponsi's, I have always been treated kindly, and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have had alot of foot trouble in the past few years and Ponsis staff has be extremely patient with me as I frequently come back for adjustments as my foot changes often. I would venture to say anybody that gives Ponsis a bad review either is 1. having a bad day and just needs to vent. or 2. is a constant complainer.. Good job Ponsi's Keep up the great work!!!
Horrible Service. Horrible customer service. We were basically ignored at the store - as if we were disturbing them to ask for assistance. Sales person was clueless. We asked for a certain brand name and were given generic brand, inferior quality product. Asked for pricing on work boots - they were to call us - never happened. We have gone to Ponsi's for over 50 years - it's a shame what's happened to this store.

Ponsi shoes through my experience, is a versitile and extremely caring exterprise. Those of us with extreme foot problems can be sure that plenty of time, patience and understanding can be found when going to Ponsi's. The staff is very caring and was willing to take unbelievable measure to help me find comfort and to keep me mobile.
You may have a bit of a wait but, individual attention is the basis of Ponsi's business. I dont mind waiting when I know that when it comes to my feet and shoes, I have their complete and undivided attention.
I know many families who have been coming to Ponsi shoes, in one form or another, for over fifty years.
I now know why they have been in business as long as they have.
stay away from this place. horrifying customer service,long waits,high prices,poor products.I wolud not recommend thid store to any body
