Awfulm customer service. My suggestion is buy your dresses elsewhere! I was fooled by the impressive website and sales rep who worked with me the day I bought my dress, but I was upset to hear she was no longer employeed at MB Bride when my dress arrived. All I asked was for a point of contact so I didn't have to explain who I was every time I called, for someone to let me know when our dresses arrived, etc.

MB Bride does not carry any lines you cannot find elsewhere in Pittsburgh so go somewhere that is known for excellent customer service-- somewhere where they return your calls and don't put you on hold then "get disconnected."Weddings are stressful enough--MB Bride only makes it worse!
