Chick fil A of Greensburg (rt 30). I have spent over $100 in one month at this restaurant... and my expectations have fizzled to none over time. This restaurant is constantly inconsistent. Sometimes the chicken is dry, over cooked, not battered correctly, been cooked in old oil and sometimes its fresh and tastes like that addictive chick fil a chicken that we all know and love.

Sadly, most times I get chicken that I would rather just give to my cats. Like, its not even worth the calories, let alone the 5 bucks it just cost me to find out that they over cooked it or they are using old oil.

the count is often wrong. I order a 6 piece kids meal and i get a 4. I order a 12 piece and i get 11. Please people... if you want the count to be off, at least give the customer MORE, not less. But, if you do get ripped on the count, call them right away and you will get your extra piece next time.

Watch that you dont get ripped off on the icecream. When they put the icecream in a cup, they OFTEN leave a large hollow in the middle (ive known a manager there to do this). if the icecream feels light, give it back to them and tell them to fill it up right.
