Since 1995, this smaller sister chain to the Sheraton has prided itself on its big draw: affordable rates. The modern accommodations feature large beds, work areas, coffeemakers and hair dryers. Complimentary Internet access and bottled water are also provided in every room. Other amenities include meeting facilities and fast check-in and check-out times. Most locations also have an indoor or an outdoor pool.

Horrible experience! Will never stay there again!. I waited in line for over 15 minutes, when I trying to check in at 4:15PM, my room wasn't even ready. I checked back in 15 minutes, still not ready. I ended up leaving and coming back later. Which I really wanted to freshen up but was unable to do so due to the fact that my room wasn't even ready!

When I was finally able to check in, after driving all the way down to Entrance "E" at the Sheraton, the room key they gave me, didn't work.

I drove all the way back to the entrance to only find out that, the door at Entrance E wasn't working correctly. When I got to my room, I was missing shampoo and had to call the front desk.

Outside my room they were painting the walls, so the odor and fumes was making me sick.

Additionally, on day #2, housekeeping came to clean the room but left no towels at all. When I called the front desk, they said they ran out of towels - so this delayed me even being able to take a shower and freshen up AGAIN!

I wanted to share my experience with hotel management when I went to check-out but was unable to do so because they could not be located. The "CHEF" checked me out. I wrote to the hotel management and the corporate office and never heard any feedback!!!! Obviously, they don't care about their customers!!!
