STAY AWAY! On July 17, I purchased a complete living room set for a business. I was told they would call with in a week to set up delivery. No one ever called. After 2 months, I went to see them and this is when the BS started. The 'business manager' stated that I had to speak to the owner, who was not in. This occurred weekly. No one, from the business manager, to the shipping manager to the owner could answer any questions. "We haven't received it yet", was all I kept getting. No one returns phone calls and the business manager actually called me a liar at one point. 2 weeks ago, I went back in and the owner happened to be there. "Oh that will be here next week", I was told. He offered me free delivery the day it came in and was supposed to call me back as soon as it got there. Of course, he never did. I went in today and ta-da! The furniture had been sitting IN THE STORE for a week. Which I had to go back and pick up myself because now they can't deliver it for 2 weeks. They offered me a 15 inch TV for all of my troubles. Not worth it. Over 4 months to get furniture that was in stock when I bought it. Stay away from them!
worst experience ever. As I am writing this, it has now been almost 8 months that I have been waiting for resolution with mundels. I bought a couch from them, and after 5 months, it completely fell apart. Everytime I call, I just get the run-around or the famous line of "Mr. Mundel will have to call you back when he gets in the office" I have heard that line at least 10 times, and surprise, never received a call from him. I will never go back and all i want is a couch that will last more than a few months before the frame falls apart. supposedly, a replacement was ordered, but that has been nearly 3 months ago, so it is doubtful.
