Not nice to deal with at all....
Went looking to purchase a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Sales rep was TERRIBLE. His name was John Hansberry (they had him working the Kia section but we were told all sales reps can sell the "used cars"). Extremely condescending. He clearly had no intention of taking females seriously.
Very disappointing to see. Do NOT patronize this dealership.
I love this place. I always get my car serviced at South Hills Kia, good prices, friendly people they give me a ride to work, wash my car and have great coffee and popcorn in the waiting area. I will never go back to pepboys.
Great Service. This is the best service I have ever had at a car dealership. My sister and I have been doing business with them for 7 years and have never had a problem they wash the car every visit and their prices are lower than Jiffy Lube. They treat women like they have a brain and take the time to explain what is needed on our cars and why it is needed, My sister and I feel very comfortable in going there and will continue to do so in the future. They have a nice comfortable waiting lounge and offer us a ride home if its going to take awhile. A lot of people complain about their car dealer but I am sure that they are not going to South Hills Chrysler Kia.
People who really care.
I have never encountered a problem at South Hills Chrysler Jeep Kia and I have been a loyal customer for 13 years. As a woman, it is really nice to be treated with respect and compassion and not treated like an idiot.
My favorites: free shuttle service (the driver's are the NICEST people) and getting my van washed with every visit.- SO much better than paying at Giant Eagle.
Run don't walk away. Very poor service, they don't care and since they are all related, it doesn't matter what manager you go to to voice your complaint.it falls on deaf ears. The service personnell are rude and indifferent and just try to get your call returned it is nearly impossible. What happened to the days when you took the time to listen to a customers' concerns, or you wanted their loyalty? It is all about the money at South Hills Chrysler Jeep and Kia. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Questionable sales tactics?.
I thought I had struck a decent deal for a new Kia Sportage on the 16th for a vehicle with ALL of my required options and the color I wanted. I left a downpayment to secure the deal.
Delivery was promised for the 18th.
I arranged financing and notified my insurance company of the impending change.
On the 18th I went to the dealership and found that the car was the wrong color. I refused to take it.
The salesperson was quite rude in spite of the problem not being my fault.
Went immediately to a Kia dealer in Robinson and was shown proof that the car I wanted and was promised to me had not existed in the Pittsburgh market. Looks like I had been lied to!
I'll post an update as this plays out and I would advise against using this dealer.
Worst service ever. Yep! Same thing happened to me, I couldn't get a human on the phone for a week, then I stood around in their shop forever trying to drop off my car, no one would help me. Rude, people. No call back when the car was done. Cashier couldn't explain chareges on my bill. Called the sale manager to complain. He stated bad service nevers happens here. LOL maybe he should read this. HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY. I'll actually be taking my car to a different Kia dealer for service and warranty.
Worst Jeep Service Experience Overcharged and Terrible Work. I took my jeep to South Hills for service because it was loosing coolant and was overheating. I told them I thought my heater core was leaking. They checked my cooling system and said the heater core did not leak. I paid $83/hr for this service, and ended up with a $900. bill for a front break job, new plugs and checking my cooling system. My jeep broke down on the way home because the coolant was pouring out of the heater core. After 12 phone calls and several e-mails to the service manager and the general manager Larry Winters - SHC Jeep said they would give me a $41 credit ( a fraction of what they charged to check my cooling system) towards a $875 heater core replacement. I am a senior citizen and have been forced to drive my jeep for 3 months without heat while I save up the money to get it repaired properly. I would not recommend anyone use South Hills Chrysler Jeep Service under any circumstances.

I've purchased 12 vehicles from them over the years---and I will never go any place else! I just purchased a new Jeep for my daughter, it is her first vehicle, because I know she will be taken care of when the need for a repair arises. I sincerely trust them.
Their sales staff listens to your needs and works hard to get you in the vehicle you want at the best price.
They have a great service department, they will shuttle me to work and pick me up. They give FREE lifetime state inspections, your car is clean when you pick it up....and it's ready when they promised. They give you your first oil change for free in addition to many other perks when you buy from them. No one else even comes close. I honestly can say I'll never buy from anyone else.
