Love this company! The sales staff always helps me with my water chemistry. Havent had a problem yet, The even give you instructions on how to open and close your pool too. I use the Sustain water care program and recommend it to everyone I know who has problems keeping their water clear,

My husband and I love this store. We bought our spa here 4 years ago, and just last year purchased an aboveground pool from them also. The service is great. When we were out of town, Mark actually stopped by our house on a Sunday evening to show my mom how to clean the filter because she wasnt sure how to do it. They're a great family owned company and we love the support that they provide.

I wouldn't reccommend this company to my worst enemy. By far the worst costomer service i have ever experieced. Had a pool installed in the middle of May of this year. It cost me an extra 200 bucks for the quoted excavating price.The installers were 3 days late, had to go around and tighten all the fittings on the filter. Now, after I closed my pool down for the winter,the pool started leaking. Contacted Mark ,he bacically told me if the liner isn't seperated at the seems there is nothing he can do. You would think a pool liner should last more the 6 months, RIGHT? CALL ANOTHER COMPANY THERE ARE PLENTY OUT THERE!!!!

THE BEST POOL AND SPA COMPANY IN THE BURGH!!. We purchased our pool 3 years ago from Pool & Spa Outlet. They are VERY knowledgeable about the supplies to buy for the pool and water testing. They are VERY helpful as soon as you walk in the door! They treat you as a friend instead of a customer! me and my wife like that alot!! We are thinking of getting a hot tub. We are going to buy it from Pool & Spa Outlet Inc,

In all fairness.... I don'l know what these two earlier reviews are all about. I purchased my hot tub from Mark and Ashley two summers ago and I have had nothing but good service from them. They have guided me expertly through the learning curve of maintaining my hot tub which I use every morning and every night. They are both very personable and helpful each time I stop in for supplies or water testing. My very good friend also purchased a hot tub from them and has had the same good experience. All is well.

THE WORST IN THE AREA. HAD THEM INSTALL POOL HEATER VENTED FLUE INTO LIVING AREA NEVER FINISHED JOB TERRIBLE COMPANY.......SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS <<<<<WARNING>>>> STAY AWAY FROM POOL AND SPA OUTLET

HORRIBLE!!!!!. This place screws you from the begining, changing our contract after we signed, not giving us steps because their price rose, so they tried charging us more after we already signed with them. I got cussed at by there installers! When calling and reporting him, they didn't care. Didn't get all manuals, wasn't explained anything. I been having NOTHING but problems with the pump, they are NO HELP, and WON'T RETURN CALLS!!!! Stay Away From Pool And Spa Outlet!!!!!
